Do you have a company and do you buy a car or company car in the name of this company?
We need the following from you:
- Company name and business address
- phone number
- E-mail address
- A copy of a valid ID (ID / Passport) from the owner of the company
- A copy of the registration from the Chamber of Commerce.
- A valid VAT number for your company within the EU
- A copy of a bank receipt showing the relationship between your company and the account number (IBAN). We only accept bank payments from your company’s main account.
Yes, the tax is recoverable on most vehicles. A deposit of 21% of the purchase price will have to be paid. This will be refunded as soon as strict evidence is met, including proof of delivery. Feel free to ask for the conditions.
The only way to make the payment is by bank transfer. Cash or credit card payments are not accepted. Are you buying the car for your company? Then payments from private accounts are not allowed.
If you are unable to transfer the payment to us within 10 days of the order, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.
Once the payment has been fulfilled and you have received confirmation for pickup, the vehicle can be collected.

No, the car papers are not given with the car. These documents will be sent with UPS as soon as we have received proof of delivery from you. The requested proof then contains a signature of the person who handed you the car, the transporter and the person who received the car at the delivery address.
